Amazed this turned out at all. F stop at 3.4, one full second exposure, hand held, lit by Luis's LED flashlight.

We're not in Hoyt Canyon and here is a nice stone house

Lots of cubby holes and nooks

A view up the mountain for some reason
A solar panel on the side up the hill way up by the mine. Hmmmmm. Secret government stuff.
Couldn't really tell if this was a mine or a cave. But water was coming out of it.
Nice grassy wet area to attract animals for the mountain lions to feast upon.
Lots and lots and LOTS of bone piles from big animals up here.
Remains of another cabin-- wood and metal, this time-- a bit further down the canyon

Someone's mid eighties Ford LTD stripped and abandoned. Left the 5.0 engine though- took all the name plates, VIN ID and stuff. Left on a small hill by the first mill, hit it with a little green paint to try to camouflage it, I guess.
